Here are few tips when it comes to auditions.

1. Do NOT be late thats a big one.

2. Double check the time and date several times. The location is a great thing to check to.

3. Show up early easier on the nerves and gives you time to look over your part. This will help you decide which direction to go with.

4. Don't stand there waiting for your lines like you are auditioning. Listen react, and make it feel real. Just don't over do it.

5. Read your lines calmly and slowly going to fast can make it seem like you can't wait for it to be over.

6. Expect the unexpected

Excellent tips! These are great tips espically for all the new people in the profession. Its amazing how some of these tips are over looked or ignored.

Wow, what wonderful tips! I'm sure those are fool proof. I know that those are really great tips for no matter what job you're in, or going to. :) I'm going to be nervous for the first time during auditions; but I need to be more confident, I guess. I'm so excited about these tips.

May I ask where you get all your tips? These are great and I'd love to start my own journal of tips and tricks for the industry. I could always use a little refresher before an audition and such.
