How do you prep for an audition? I get the call I totally flip to be honest. I get so excited that I can hardly control myself but then I go into complete paranoia do I look good? Should I cut my hair again. What should I wear and etc.

I tend to get my haircut professionally, and sometimes go buy new attire to mix things up a bit.

I just sit and look out the window for a few minutes. It relaxes and calms me. I also meditate for a few hours before hand. It helps me calm my nerves; but in the end, I still get really nervous, and it sometimes doesn't work; but what doesn't work for me, might work beautifully for someone else.

Paranoia is probably a bad thing to get. I don't know if I'd go so far as to get my hair cut. :( But I would try to look professional as possible. I don't do much to prepare, I just rehearse my parts, and that's about it.

Paranoia is a horrible thing to get. It will sometimes make your auditions go horribly bad.

I get really stressed out when I have to go for an audition I want to do so good I over worry. I have a million things to do. I have to call the hair stylist, find something to wear and prepare myself mentally.
