Actors, models who are just starting in the business must really show perseverance.

Without it, moving forward is not possible.

I hate it when I see some aspiring ones who think they have everything it takes to reach the top and then, gets discouraged right away when they experience rejection.

Yeah. Perseverance is a must. The industry which we're so interesrted in is a harsh world for newcomers. It's like they're trying to test you right away and see whether you'll crack up.

Talent. It's the first thing that they will look for. One must really have this if you want to be as successful as your favorite star. If you know you have it, Pursue the dream.

Haha. yeah, you're right. you must have talent, good note on that one. You can't just be persevering on nothing but an overflowing self-belief.

Since it is a harsh environment, "harsh world", as Taylor mentioned, an aspiring actor or model must be strong-willed.

Overflowing self-belief. hmm..One has got to have that too, not overflowing though, just the right amount before it goes to a level of arrogance or over confidence.

Talent and perseverance are most definately the key to it all. You shouldn't have too much confidence, because what if someone important doesn't like it; than you'll have a hard time trying to impress them for future work. Just remain true to yourself, and just have faith in yourself. Don't worry, you'll make it.

Confidence is a must have, and talent would be another. If you don't have either, you aren't gonna make it very hard. Dedication to your craft is another. If an agent or a film maker doesn't think you have any of those, why would he hire you to play in his big budget movie? But I think the best thing is to not be over confident, because that might ruin things too.

Charisma, I think charisma is a good trait to have. Knowledge would be another for me. If you don't know what you're doing, what's the point in acting or modeling? And I think that you should have a great personality, friendly, willing to make people laugh and smile; passion is another.

Charisma; I think that's the key. I hear and see everyone's responses, but I think that charisma is the trick. Kindness is another, win everyone with kindness; and just be yourself. No one's gonna like you pretending to be someone you're not.
