How do you keep in shape? I personally love to go jogging every morning then I come home and do some cardio workouts.

That is definately a good way to stay in shape. I go on a treadmill everyday, and every other day I go to my gym for a complete workout; I do the whole deal, cardio, etc.  And I eat a nice healthy diet every day. But now I'm thinking about trying the Warrior Diet. :)

I generally watch what I eat, that to me is a very important part of things. Secondly I do alot of exercising and use different dieting methods.

I just jog in the morning, and then I have my own personal trainer, he is a relative, so I get him for free; he keeps me thin, so I don't have to worry about too much. I eat a vegan diet, so I don't have to worry about any red meat. That keeps me pretty fit and healthy.

I actually have a gym membership, and I go there a lot with my best friend, Misty. It's a lot of fun; we sit there and look at all the guys; and occasionally work out, lol. It's great! I think everyone should have thier own gym membership.

I never liked gyms people are to cocky and its hard to do what you want when all the machines are filled up. Thats why I do my own things at home everyday.
