What are some diets you like or have used before? I have used the Warrior Diet for a long time, its a nice easy diet that takes a little getting used to. Basically you eat nothing but berries and fruit all day long and you can then eat whatever you want and as much as you want at night. They say its bad to eat at night late but with this diet the weight stays away and you can eat the good stuff. Alot of bodybuilders use it.

I have never heard of that diet before; but it sure sounds like something that I'd be interested in doing; because I love my fruits. Is there more information on it? I would certainly like more. Do you lose a significant amount of wieght? Sorry for all the questions; I'm just curious.
I have a bodybuilding friend who swears upon this diet. I have to admit it seems to work well for him. I don't think theres to much to it as long as you eat the berries and such to stay under a certain amount of calories come night time.
I have also heard of this diet, and it is quite effective actually. I don't know of any bodybuilders who use it; but I know that I would like to start doing it. My mom uses it and she's lost a ton of wieght; the same with my sisters and my cousins. Now its time for me to start; but with any new diet, I always get a little gun shy.
I use Slim Fast. It actually works. I use that and Weight Watchers. I love both. I prefer W.W. but when I don't have the time, and I need a quick pick me up, I just pop a can of Slim Fast, chocolate is my favorite.
I've been using this diet a bit more as of late and it seems to be doing wonders. I personally like it, it is a little strange though but its great.
